Not just an SEO.
A strategist who thinks
in systems.

Working with businesses that want sustainable search visibility, not short-lived tricks. My background sits at an unusual intersection: I understand how search engines work at a technical level, and I can build the WordPress infrastructure that supports that strategy from the ground up.

Most SEO consultants either understand the strategy or the code. I do both. That means when I audit a site and find a crawl budget problem caused by how the theme generates URLs, I can fix it — I don’t hand you a report and leave you to figure it out.

Over the past six years, I’ve worked with ecommerce founders, SaaS companies, local service businesses, marketing agencies, and individual bloggers. The project scope changes. The thinking process doesn’t understand what Google is rewarding, build something that earns it, measure what actually moves the needle.

I take a limited number of new clients each month. That’s intentional. Good SEO work requires attention, not assembly lines.

“SEO is not about gaming search engines. It is about learning how to make your website genuinely worth ranking.”

Six years of figuring out
what actually works.

The honest story — no overnight successes, no fabricated clients.

WordPress, curiosity, and a lot of bad SEO.

I started building WordPress sites for small local businesses in Bangladesh — basic Elementor layouts, nothing fancy. But I kept asking the same question: why does one page rank and another identical-looking one doesn’t? That question pulled me deep into SEO. I spent the first year reading everything I could, running experiments on small sites, and accepting that most SEO advice online is wrong, outdated, or written to rank rather than to teach.

When I discovered that most sites have the same five problems.

My first real breakthrough came when I audited a mid-size ecommerce site and found that 40% of their pages were being crawled but not indexed — because of a misconfigured robots.txt written three years earlier by someone who no longer worked there. Fixing it tripled their indexed page count in six weeks. That experience made me serious about technical SEO. I went deep on crawl architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and JavaScript rendering. I started understanding how Google actually processes a website, not just what the marketing blogs say it does.

Building for audiences who expect more.

Word of mouth brought my first clients from the UK and USA. Working across markets forced me to think about SEO differently — search intent varies by market, user behavior differs, and what ranks in one country doesn’t always translate to another. I began building topical content strategies and semantic SEO frameworks that went well beyond the standard keyword-and-backlink playbook. Around this time I also started doing full WordPress development for agencies — Figma-to-WordPress builds, WooCommerce stores, custom Gutenberg blocks — and I saw firsthand how development decisions directly limit or enable SEO potential.

The shift from keyword SEO to meaning-based SEO.

As Google’s understanding of language became more sophisticated, I shifted my entire approach. I studied how Google uses knowledge graphs, entity relationships, and topical authority signals to evaluate content quality. I started building content architectures around topic silos, implementing structured data to help Google understand entity relationships, and auditing EEAT signals for client sites that had taken hits from Helpful Content Updates. This period taught me that the future of SEO is about depth, not volume. Writing more is not the answer. Writing with more genuine understanding is.

Adapting before it becomes survival.

The rise of AI Overviews changed the conversation around search visibility. I spent significant time studying how Google’s SGE works, what types of content get cited in AI Overviews, and how to optimize for LLM visibility alongside traditional rankings. I also built my first programmatic SEO systems — structured approaches to publishing at scale without sacrificing content quality. Today my practice covers everything from one-page technical audits to full semantic content architectures. I’m still learning every month. That’s not humility — it’s how this field actually works.

Nine disciplines.
One clear focus:

making your site work harder.

My philosophy on sustainable growth
and real results.

I’ve watched too many businesses chase shortcuts — buying spammy links, publishing AI-generated content at volume, chasing algorithm loopholes — and then spend twice the budget trying to recover from the consequences. That’s not a strategy. That’s a gamble.

My approach is deliberately slower in the short term and significantly more durable over time. I build things that deserve to rank: technically sound architecture, content that genuinely helps the reader, backlinks from sites that would link to you even if you asked politely.

I also believe in transparency that most freelancers avoid. I’ll tell you when SEO isn’t the right solution for your specific problem. I’ll tell you when a technical fix might hurt before it helps. I’ll tell you when a keyword isn’t worth targeting because the conversion potential is zero. That honesty is why most of my clients stay long-term.

01

Understand before recommending

I don’t send templated proposals. I audit your specific situation, understand your actual business goals, and build a strategy around what moves the needle for you — not what works generically.

02

Technical depth, human delivery

I can read a log file or write a custom Gutenberg block — but I explain everything in plain language. My reports are written for business owners, not engineers. Understanding shouldn’t require a technical background.

03

Measure what matters

Rankings are a lagging indicator. I track the metrics that connect to business outcomes: organic revenue, qualified lead volume, crawl coverage, Core Web Vitals scores, and conversion rate from organic traffic.

04

Long-term over short-term, every time

I could charge more for tactics that show fast results and then quietly decline. I don’t. Every recommendation I make is one I’d stand behind in a Google algorithm update review.

05

Keep learning — the field is always moving

Google makes thousands of algorithm changes per year. I stay current through direct experimentation, reading primary sources (patents, research papers, Google documentation), and the rare practitioners who actually test rather than speculate.

I’ve worked across
most industries.
